I have 26 years of in-depth, hands-on work experience in the IT, consumer goods manufacturing, direct sales, media marketing & publishing, entrepreneurship, internet, telecommunications, online marketing and call center industries. I have the same level of experience in sales, marketing and customer service and support management, recruitment and hiring, corporate training, business presentations, business development, revenue management and recently, online marketing, social networking and blogging.
Previously residing in Canada, I ventured back to the Philippines and co-founded Workspresso Inc. (www.workspresso.com) to provide consulting and operational management in the outsourcing and online marketing fields. It has setup and operated 5 small and mid-sized call centers in the Philippines and 2 websites, and has provided project management services for dozens of North American companies. It has also provided affiliate marketing and reseller services for a few Asian, US and Canadian companies through the years. Lastly, it provides "Virtual Assistance" (or VA) services to select SOHO and small businesses in the US, Canada and Australia.
If my skills and experience interests you, I am available to help you or your business through my company's services or as a private consultant for the Philippine, Asian and North American corporate markets.
